Made from a patented biofermentation process of Bacillus subtilis ssp natto cultures, the bacterium used to make Japanese natto. There are no other types of bacteria used in the process and the resulting vitamin K2 MK-7 contains over 99% all-trans menaquinone-7. The bacteria grows by being fed vegetable peptones and some minerals. The end product has been tested and does not contain any soy. The process does not use chemicals, solvents, additives or preservatives.
